Surveyor - Land and Property Development

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our land and property development team in Shan City. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and creating detailed reports for land development projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in surveying, strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various techniques such as GPS, total station, and laser scanning
- Gather data on properties including boundaries, topography, and existing structures
- Analyze data using specialized software to create maps, plans, and reports
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in surveying for land development projects
- Strong knowledge of surveying equipment including GPS receivers, total stations, laser scanners
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating maps and plans (AutoCAD preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Professional license or certification in surveying
- Experience working on large-scale land development projects
- Knowledge of local regulations related to land development

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site surveys to verify construction progress and quality
- Monitor compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations
- Identify any potential issues or discrepancies and report them to the project manager
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to make adjustments as needed
- Keep detailed records of survey data and progress reports

Requirements:
