Network and Systems Administrator (Filipino or Kenyan) - Contract Role in Eschen

Our company, a leading technology firm in Eschen, is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team on a contract basis. This role is open to candidates from the Philippines or Kenya who have experience in managing and maintaining network and systems infrastructure.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's network and systems. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and ensuring the security and stability of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure
- Monitoring network performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Troubleshooting network issues as they arise
- Implementing security protocols to protect against cyber threats
- Managing hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Conducting routine backups of data to ensure disaster recovery capabilities
- Providing technical support to users for any network or system-related issues
- Documenting network processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Proficient in Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Knowledge of cloud computing (Azure, AWS) is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis with accommodation provided
