Hotel Sales Manager

The role of Hotel Sales Manager involves overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of a hotel, resort, or other accommodation establishment. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a keen understanding of sales strategies and techniques. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions for guests
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners to increase bookings
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly to meet or exceed targets
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their goals
- Develop pricing strategies based on market demand, competition, and cost analysis
- Manage budgets for advertising, events, and other promotional activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for senior management
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis
- Knowledge of hotel operations, pricing strategies, and distribution channels
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Location: Khasab

Salary: 1700$ per month

Accommodation: Provided by the company
