We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Braga, Portugal on a contract basis. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and safety checks on the crane equipment.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Crane Operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Ability to read and interpret load charts
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment on construction sites
- Safely rig loads before lifting using proper techniques and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on crane equipment
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding lifts and any potential hazards or issues
- Maintain accurate records of all lifts performed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid crane operator certification (CPCS or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Crane Operator in a construction setting
- Ability to read and interpret load charts accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to operate cranes for extended periods of time
- Basic knowledge of mechanical principles
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
