Job Title: Typesetter


A typesetter is responsible for the layout and design of printed materials, including books, magazines, newspapers, and other publications. They use specialized software to arrange text and images in an aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-read format. As a typesetter, you will work closely with editors, graphic designers, and printers to produce high-quality publications.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in typesetting
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other layout software
- Strong understanding of typography and page layout
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with editors and designers to determine the layout of publications
- Use software to arrange text, images, and graphics in an appealing manner
- Ensure consistency in font styles, sizes, and spacing throughout the publication
- Proofread materials for spelling and grammar errors before sending them for printing
- Work closely with printers to ensure the final product meets quality standards
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies related to typesetting

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Aalborg, but remote work may be possible depending on the candidate's location.
