Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Khasab. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets, and track progress against them
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project expenses and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving project goals
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people including architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, clients etc.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an asset

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Khasab (Preference for Indian or Canadian candidates)
