Senior UX Designer

As our Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of user interfaces for our digital products. This includes conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
- Conduct user research to understand target audience, their behaviors, needs, and pain points
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and provide guidance during implementation
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and make necessary improvements to designs
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Experience working on digital products across multiple platforms (e.g. web, mobile)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for front-end development
- Experience with user testing methods and tools (e.g. UserTesting.com)
- Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines
