Indian Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Vianden, Luxembourg
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Indian Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Vianden. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes using traditional cooking methods and recipes. You will also be responsible for supervising and training other kitchen staff, managing inventory and food costs, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Expertise in traditional Indian cuisine with knowledge of regional variations
- Ability to create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of traditional recipes
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Vianden, Luxembourg (relocation assistance available for non-local candidates)
