We are in need of a skilled and experienced Cad Draftsman to join our team in Malindi. As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess advanced knowledge of CAD software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret complex specifications will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our designs. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings based on project specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate designs
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from project managers
- Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in CAD software and techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cad Draftsman or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex specifications
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
