Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Mauren. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks and providing support to various departments within the company. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, and accommodation will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for all administrative needs within the company
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
