Mason Supervisor

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Bayan, Kenya. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of masons on construction sites. You will ensure that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Ensure that all materials are used effectively and efficiently
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with project managers to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of masonry techniques, tools, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with others on a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

This position is located in Bayan, Kenya.

Preference:
We strongly prefer candidates who hold a Kenyan nationality.
