We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our construction team in Ashdod, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for laying and repairing bricks, concrete blocks, and other masonry units to construct or repair walls, partitions and other structures. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working with masonry tools and equipment, as well as the ability to read blueprints and follow building plans.

Responsibilities:
- Lay bricks and concrete blocks according to construction plans
- Use various tools such as trowels, hammers, levels and jointers to align and spread mortar
- Cut or shape bricks using hand or power tools
- Repair or replace damaged bricks or masonry units
- Apply weatherproofing sealant to masonry surfaces
- Follow safety procedures while handling materials and operating equipment
- Ensure all work is completed on time and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Mason
- Ability to read blueprints and follow building plans
- Proficient in using masonry tools and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary:
Starting salary of 1700$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Contract:
This is a contract position with the opportunity for extension based on project needs.
