Mason - Ashdod, Israel (Contract with Accommodation)


We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete, and other materials. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare building sites by laying out work according to plans and specifications.
- Mix mortar and grout manually or with the use of machinery.
- Lay bricks, concrete blocks and other types of masonry units in straight lines or patterns.
- Cut and trim bricks using hand and power tools.
- Read blueprints or drawings to determine where to lay the materials.
- Repair cracks or replace damaged bricks or stones.
- Apply layers of mortar between bricks or stones and remove excess mortar after completing the work.
- Install firebricks in high temperature areas such as furnaces.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings.
- Knowledge of various masonry techniques and materials.
- Good physical condition including strength, stamina, and dexterity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this contract position. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract.
