Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial conception to final execution. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure project completion within specified timelines and budget constraints
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Supervise the design process, including reviewing plans and drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and environmental standards
- Oversee construction progress and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and environmental standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software
