Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and ensure the successful completion of projects. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for developing project plans, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources allocation
- Manage project budgets and ensure profitability
- Oversee the work of architects and provide technical guidance when needed
- Review project drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes
- Liaise with clients throughout the project to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor team members to help them develop their skills and advance in their careers

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month with visa sponsorship for candidates from all nationalities. This is a full-time position based in Siauliai. Fluency in English is required for this role.
