Indian Pastry Chef in Ufa, Russia


A renowned restaurant in Ufa is seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. As the only Indian restaurant in the city, we are committed to providing authentic and high-quality Indian cuisine to our guests. We are looking for a talented individual who shares our passion for food and can bring their unique skills and experience to enhance our menu offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create a variety of Indian-inspired pastries, desserts, and breads
- Prepare all pastry items according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of all pastry items for service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or relevant role in an Indian restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of traditional Indian desserts, pastries, and breads
- Familiarity with different cooking techniques and ingredients used in Indian cuisine
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior chefs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from an accredited institution preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience cooking pastries in an Indian restaurant setting
- Fluent in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Russia

Compensation:
