Handyman - Property Maintenance Technician

As a Handyman - Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to maintain and repair properties in Beer-Sheva. Your duties may include plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and general repairs. You must have previous experience in property maintenance and be skilled in various trades. This position requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Accommodation and visa sponsorship are not provided for this role. You will be expected to:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, changing light bulbs, and repairing appliances
- Conduct inspections of properties to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Coordinate with contractors or vendors for larger repairs or renovations
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies as needed
- Ensure all properties are maintained in a safe and clean manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on properties

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property maintenance or related field
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and other trades
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations for property maintenance

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
