Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of building systems.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor plumbing issues, and repairing broken fixtures
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Coordinate with contractors or external service providers for specialized repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance performed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate with tenants to address any maintenance concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or Property Maintenance Technician
- Strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and use basic hand tools
- Valid driver's license (preferred)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (accommodation provided if needed)

Employment Type: Contract (possibility of extension)
