Florist for English Speaking Contract Job in Dubai, Philippines


We are a leading floral design company based in Dubai and we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Florist to join our team on a contract basis. This position is open to Filipinos who are fluent in English and have experience working as a florist.

As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions, such as weddings, parties, and corporate functions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their vision and create unique designs that exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working as a florist, preferably in a high-end event planning or floral design company. You must have excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants, as well as the ability to create arrangements that are both visually stunning and long-lasting.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance. We provide visa sponsorship for our employees, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to work in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique floral designs for various events and occasions
- Order necessary supplies and maintain inventory of flowers and plants
- Set up and decorate event venues with floral arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a florist
- Fluent in English
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
- Creative eye for design and detail-oriented mindset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
