Personal Trainer
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Doha. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness programs for clients based on their individual goals and abilities. You will also provide guidance and support to help clients achieve their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial consultations with clients to assess their fitness levels, goals, and any health concerns
- Designing personalized fitness programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to each client's needs
- Demonstrating exercises and providing proper form and technique instruction to clients
- Motivating and encouraging clients during workouts to ensure they stay on track
- Monitoring progress of clients and making necessary adjustments to their program as needed
- Providing nutrition advice and recommendations for a healthy diet
- Ensuring the gym equipment is clean, safe, and properly maintained
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress
Requirements:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of different training techniques and methods
- Ability to create individualized programs for various fitness levels
- Understanding of nutrition principles
- Strong motivational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours
Preferred:
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Filipinos or Kenyans. Non-native English speakers are welcome to apply. This is a contract position, so no accommodation will be provided. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
