We are in need of a skilled Welder to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Welder, you will use your expertise in welding techniques and equipment to fabricate and assemble metal structures and products. Your main responsibilities will include reading blueprints, operating welding tools and machinery, and ensuring all welded parts meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and instructions to determine project requirements
- Operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and stick welders to join metal components together
- Measure and mark workpieces using rulers, squares, or templates to ensure accuracy
- Clean and prepare surfaces for welding by removing any rust or debris
- Set up welding machines based on the material being used and the project specifications
- Follow safety procedures while working with hot metals and electrical equipment
- Inspect welded joints for defects or imperfections and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder in a similar role or industry
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Knowledge of different types of metal properties and how they respond to heat during the welding process
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time while performing repetitive tasks
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
