As a Miner in Dubrovnik, you will play a crucial role in the extraction of valuable minerals and resources from deep within the earth. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain heavy machinery, such as drills and excavators, to dig tunnels, shafts, and other underground structures. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself and your team while working in potentially hazardous conditions.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of mining techniques and equipment operation. Previous experience in mining or a related field is preferred but not required. You should also possess physical strength and endurance as well as excellent communication skills to effectively work with your team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery to extract minerals from underground
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity
- Inspect work areas for potential hazards and address any safety concerns
- Record daily production data for reporting purposes
- Continuously strive for improvement in mining techniques and processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred but not required
- Excellent physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of mining techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols
- Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and potentially travel for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, etc.
