Resort Manager - Medina, Saudi Arabia


As a Resort Manager at our luxury resort in Medina, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will manage a team of staff members and work closely with other departments to maintain high standards of service and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Create and maintain relationships with local suppliers and vendors to ensure quality products at competitive prices
- Train and mentor staff members to provide excellent service and assist in their professional development
- Conduct regular inspections of the resort to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Monitor budgets and financial reports to ensure profitability
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotions and packages to attract guests
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/resort management with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not required
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for providing personalized experiences
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the ability to think on your feet
- Proven financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, etc.
- Knowledge of hotel operations software (such as Opera) is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays as needed
