Software Tester

We are hiring a skilled Software Tester to join our dynamic team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for testing software applications to ensure they meet quality standards and user requirements. You will work closely with developers and project managers to identify and report bugs, track defects, and suggest improvements. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on software applications
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
- Identify and report bugs and defects using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed bug reports
- Conduct regression testing to ensure previous issues have been resolved
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on potential improvements or risks
- Communicate with project managers to prioritize tasks and manage timelines
- Continuously improve testing processes and techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of testing techniques, tools, and best practices
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Working knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)

Salary: $1400 per month.

Location: Herzliya, Israel.
