We are a leading accounting firm based in Siauliai, Lithuania and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our clients' businesses and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in accounting and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial activities of client businesses
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct audits to identify potential risks or errors
- Train and supervise junior accounting staff
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting or finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
