Computer Systems Analyst - IT Support Specialist


Our fast-growing IT company located in Utena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients, as well as maintaining and upgrading their computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to clients remotely or on-site
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks for clients
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on client systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical problems
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software systems effectively
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or improvements to clients when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software
- Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Utena. However, we welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the right qualifications and experience.
