Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare a variety of Indian-inspired desserts and pastries
- Develop new menu items while keeping up with current food trends
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure all dishes are cohesive in flavor and presentation
- Ensure all desserts are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Manage inventory and ordering of pastry ingredients
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff members

Requirements:
