We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As an industrial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative designs that meet their functional and aesthetic requirements. Your expertise in building codes, materials, and construction methods will be essential in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for each project based on budget, function, and aesthetics
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project milestones and address any concerns or changes in scope

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, materials, construction methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
