Land Surveyor


We are a reputable land surveying company in Nakuru, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting field surveys and producing accurate measurements and maps of land areas. This position requires attention to detail, strong mathematical skills, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using GPS equipment, total stations, and other tools
- Collect data on land features and boundaries using surveying techniques
- Analyze survey data and produce detailed maps, reports, and sketches
- Verify accuracy of survey data and calculations
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and developers to determine project requirements
- Provide recommendations for land use based on survey findings
- Keep accurate records of surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency with GPS equipment and total stations
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Experience reading blueprints and interpreting technical documents
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Nakuru (accommodation can be provided if needed)

Freshers: Open to candidates with relevant education or internship experience
