Excavator Operator

We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Eldoret. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of excavator operations and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform various tasks such as digging trenches, loading trucks, and clearing debris
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily logs and reports as required

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators
- Valid operator's license and certification
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Fluent in English (Hindi or other Indian languages a plus)
- Willing to relocate to Eldoret, Kenya (visa and ticket provided)
