Project Manager (Indian Nationals) - Clairvaux



As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing projects in the city of Clairvaux. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed within the given time frame, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline and budget
- Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and track their progress
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Communicate project updates, issues and risks to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss progress, challenges and solutions
- Prepare regular reports on project status, budget and other key metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- At least 3 years of experience in project management role
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members towards achieving common goals
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Indian Nationality preferred
