Salary: $1000 per month


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Welder, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating metal structures and equipment through the use of various welding techniques. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in welding and be able to interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.

Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using tools such as rulers, squares, or templates
- Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together
- Monitor equipment for proper functioning and make necessary adjustments to produce quality welds
- Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet project specifications
- Clean, maintain, and repair welding equipment as needed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various positions (standing, sitting, kneeling)
- Experience working with steel structures is a plus
