Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing a team of masons in the construction of various structures. Your role will involve coordinating and communicating with the project manager, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in masonry work, and the ability to work independently. This role is suitable for men who have experience in construction and are able to work part-time without accommodation. The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Communicate with project manager on progress and any issues that may arise
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or challenges during construction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality

Location: This position is based in Remish, but occasional travel may be required for projects outside of the city.

Salary: 1600$ per month.
