Handyman - Maintenance Technician

Our company is seeking an experienced Handyman/Maintenance Technician to join our team in the beautiful city of Albena. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Complete routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Maintain a safe working environment by following safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own visa or be willing to obtain one (if not already living in Albena)
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
- Experience with painting, landscaping, and other general maintenance tasks is an asset

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Accommodation: Provided (shared with other employees)
Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Location: Albena, Bulgaria (must be eligible to work in Bulgaria)
