Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced individual who can effectively manage resources and ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the construction team
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it is on track to meet deadlines
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Communicate project updates to clients, team members, and other relevant parties
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Hire, train, and supervise construction workers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment
- Proven experience in budgeting and resource management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
