Online Consultant (Indians Preferred)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Consultant to join our team in Moscow. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing virtual assistance to clients, assisting them with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a remote position that does not require English proficiency or accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Assist clients with navigating our online platform and troubleshoot any issues
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving customer satisfaction
- Keep updated records of client interactions and provide feedback to management

Requirements:
- Fluent in Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email, and chat
- Familiarity with online platforms and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated team player with a positive attitude

Salary: $1300/month

Location: Moscow (Remote)

Note: This position is open to all nationalities, but Indian candidates are preferred. English proficiency is not required for this role. Accommodation will not be provided.
