We are seeking a skilled Puncher (Malayalee) to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes in metal sheets and plates according to specified measurements and patterns. The ideal candidate should have experience in metalworking, be familiar with different types of punches and working with various materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate punching machines to punch holes in metal sheets and plates
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine hole placements
- Measure and mark hole locations accurately using measuring instruments
- Adjust machine settings for different materials and hole sizes
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain machines and tools to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- Previous experience in metalworking or operating punching machines is a plus
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use measuring instruments accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials when needed
- Good communication skills in English
