We are seeking a skilled Puncher to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently punching holes in various materials using specialized equipment. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate will have experience in punch press operation and be able to read blueprints and follow instructions precisely.

Responsibilities:
- Operate punch press machine to create holes in various materials
- Read blueprints and follow instructions to determine hole placement
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different materials
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating punch press machines
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions precisely
- Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds, and operate machinery
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
