Warehouse Operations Specialist



As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse in Eschen. Your main duties will include managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
- Implement and enforce safety procedures for handling and storing products
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes and implement solutions

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or a similar role
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects
