Facade Maintenance Technician


We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Facade Maintenance Technician to join our team in Mauren. As a Facade Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the exterior of buildings, ensuring they remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect buildings and identify any exterior maintenance needs
- Perform repairs on damaged facades, including replacing panels, fixing cracks, and repainting
- Install new facade systems as needed
- Clean and maintain existing facades to ensure they remain in good condition
- Work with a variety of materials such as glass, metal, stone, and concrete
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger scale projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facade maintenance or similar role preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment for facade repair and maintenance
- Ability to work at heights and follow safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials when necessary

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Mauren. While English proficiency is not a strict requirement, it is preferred. We welcome applicants of all nationalities.

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours.

Experience Level:
No prior experience is required for this role. We welcome applicants without experience who are willing to learn.
