Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, front-of-house team, and management to maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory management, and staffing
- Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure efficient and friendly service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
- Work closely with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and monitor food costs
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Collaborate with management on marketing strategies to increase sales

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control methods
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar
