We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Remish, India. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients and ensuring their computer systems are running smoothly. This is a part-time position that requires experience in the field, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responding to client requests for technical assistance via phone or email
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Installing and configuring computer systems and applications
- Setting up user accounts and permissions
- Performing routine maintenance on computer systems
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keeping track of all support requests and documenting solutions for future reference

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Location:
The job is located in Remish, India. While we welcome all applicants, this job is suitable for men due to the physical requirements of setting up computer systems.

This job does not require English proficiency. However, fluency in English would be an asset.
