Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective technical support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person support.
- Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Set up new computers for clients and transfer data from old devices.
- Train clients on how to use various software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions for complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in computer technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Computer Support Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with Indians preferred.

Salary: $900 per month

Location: Remish (Candidates from other cities are welcome to apply.)

Employment Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday)
