Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager


Our hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nakuru, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the hotel industry. This is a full-time position with competitive salary starting at 1000$.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue
- Identify potential clients, conduct market research, and build relationships with key accounts
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations
- Monitor sales performance and report on progress to hotel management
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality management or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
