Junior PHP Developer


We are hiring a Junior PHP Developer to join our growing team in Braga, Portugal. As a Junior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using PHP and other related technologies. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Collaborate with designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web development
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Assist with testing and deployment of new features

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Proficient in PHP (with at least one year of experience)
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Experience with databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
- Knowledge of Git version control system
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Laravel or other MVC frameworks
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
