We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and ensuring its smooth running. Your main duties will include managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and providing support to the staff. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation will not be provided, so this position is more suitable for local candidates or those who can arrange their own housing. This would be an ideal job for students looking to gain experience in an office setting while studying.
