Indian Pastry Chef in Ar-Ruwais

We are hiring a skilled Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing visually appealing and delicious treats. You should have a strong understanding of flavor combinations, techniques, and presentation. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Develop new recipes while staying updated on current culinary trends
- Ensure quality and consistency in all products produced
- Train junior pastry chefs on techniques and procedures
- Manage inventory and control costs
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus for special events

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Creativity with an eye for detail
- Strong sense of taste and smell
- Time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Salary: 1100 USD/month
