Architectural Designer



We are hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Vianden. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional building plans and drawings. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the design meets their needs and is within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality architectural designs, concepts, and plans
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit for drawing and modeling
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural elements into designs
- Communicate effectively with contractors during the construction phase
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
