Architectural Designer

The position of Architectural Designer in Vianden, Philippines is a crucial role within our company. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional architectural plans. Your main goal will be to turn client’s ideas and concepts into detailed drawings and plans that meet their specific needs and requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that the design process runs smoothly from start to finish. You must have excellent communication skills to effectively discuss and present your designs to clients, as well as collaborate with the team.

As an ideal candidate, you should have a degree in Architecture or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is essential. You should also have strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Develop innovative design concepts based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure feasibility of designs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to present designs and incorporate their feedback.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with strong time-management skills.
