Concierge in Muscat, Oman
We are searching for a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to assist guests with any inquiries or requests they may have. A professional and well-groomed appearance is essential for this role. Previous experience in a similar position is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month, including accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email or in-person
- Make reservations for dining, transportation or other activities as requested by guests
- Handle guest complaints and find solutions to ensure their satisfaction
- Keep track of guest requests and follow up on any pending issues
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience as a Concierge or in a similar customer service role
- Knowledgeable about the local area and attractions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
